What to expect from Black Friday Warhammer deals
So, what sort of Black Friday Warhammer deals are we going to see in the year of our Emperor 2025? The answer depends on where you look. (We'll get into that in a minute.) I can guess what we're going to see a little more accurately though, so here's what I'm anticipating from the sale.

🏪 Make a beeline for independent retailers
The best place to find actual Black Friday Warhammer deals would be smaller, independent stockists. The likes of Miniature Market in the US or the UK's Magic Madhouse are always discounting GW products, and there's no way in hell they won't be doing the same thing again for this year's sale.

🆕 Most savings will be on new or recent releases
Because the biggest reductions can be found at independent retailers with a smaller capacity, most of the savings to watch out for will be found on items from the past year or so.

💰 Don't expect an official sale
Black Friday Warhammer deals are guaranteed... but if we're talking about Games Workshop itself, you may wind up being disappointed. The company doesn't tend to do sales like that in-house. Rather, they more commonly offer bonuses such as the 'Earn as you Spend' promotion for anyone signed up to the GW newsletter.

🎁 Big retailers will focus on starter and boxsets
Approach Amazon, Walmart, and the rest with tempered expectations. While their range isn't as broad (the more mainstream the product is, the more likely you are to find it), you can practically guarantee some money off starter sets for both Age of Sigmar and 40K. These are some of the few items that always to be in stock no matter what, so a reduction is basically guaranteed - it certainly has been over the past several years. Kill Team core boxes also appear here on the regular, so I'd be surprised if they weren't cut in price even just a little.
In terms of specifics, it all depends on where you go. Amazon can yield some surprising gems, but you've got to be patient and know what you're looking for. I saw Army Sets and major boxes such as Hivestorm get huge reductions last year, for example, but I had to go looking for them. You're likelier to find 'mainstream' products like the DK 40K encyclopedia books front and center there.
For more specific bits and bobs, head straight to indie retailers - namely Miniature Market, Wayland Games in the UK, and their ilk. They'll have bargains on up-to-the-minute kits that have only just come out in the last few months, and typically slash prices up to 20% overall.
Black Friday Warhammer deals FAQ
When will the Black Friday Warhammer deals begin?
Black Friday always takes place on the final Friday of November, which means that this year's sale occurrs on November 28, 2025. However, they aren't limited to a single day; they tend to begin a couple of weeks before and are roll into December.
Does Games Workshop run Black Friday Warhammer deals?
You're unlikely to find Black Friday Warhammer deals at Games Workshop, because the company doesn't traditionally offer sales. 2025 could be the year I'm proven wrong, of course, but if previous years are anything to go by, we won't be seeing price cuts there.
Where will the best Black Friday Warhammer deals be?
If you're eager to stay one step ahead in this year's Black Friday Warhammer deals (which is very sensible, and I salute your preparedness), be sure to watch out for the following retailers. They tend to be the most reliable bets in terms of savings.
However, remember that independent stores in the US and UK are much better off in terms of discounts than larger equivalents such as Amazon. Although stock can be more of an issue with these smaller businesses, they almost always manage to offer a price cut on the latest and greatest products. Along with ever-reliable sources such as Miniature Market in the US or Wayland Games in the UK, there are a whole host of alternatives available if you know where to look.
USA
- Miniature Market: Best for discounts
- Amazon: Good for starter/box sets
- eBay: Great for reduced/used kits
- Rogue Traders: Regular price cuts
- Walmart: Stocks merch
- Best Buy: Offers video games
UK
- Amazon: Reliable for starter/box sets
- Magic Madhouse: Great savings overall
- Zatu: Provides decent discounts
- Wayland Games: Consistently good offers
- eBay: Excellent for used kits
- Goblin Gaming: Often provides reductions
- Element Games: Another good source of discounts
- Firestorm Games: Save on 40K, AoS, and beyond
